It has been customary for many of us to consider personal New Year resolutions to improve our lives. These often have to do with getting healthier or improving our relationships.
Well, I have decided to offer your our dental practice resolutions. These are for the benefit of you, our current and prospective patients. We know the delivery of dental services has changed greatly over the past thirty years. We know many patients have been disappointed in these changes. It is for this reason why I offer you our resolutions.
First, we will always put our patients ahead of anything else. We will respect your time as best as we can. We will respect your personal desires for your care at all times. We will honor most all decisions you make concerning your care. We will always be honest and open considering treatment options. We will also always do our best to provide the highest quality of care at a more value price point.
Second, our aim is always to save you money. We know how difficult things have gotten financially for many people. We are very sensitive to this. We understand. After all, we personally live in the same conditions. We will continue to think and act to save you money as best as we can. Since my practice is personally owned and operated, I have control of this. You have my word.
Third, we want to provide recognizable personal, attentive, and caring service in all we do. Life has gotten more impersonal and dishonest. We hope to provide a refreshing experience for you, where you may feel as part of our family. For me, you are part of my family. I will always care for you as I would a family member.
Fourth, we continue our commitment to take care of you for up to ten more years, Lord willing. We have recently begun a new lease term which will keep our doors open possibly through the year 2034. We know there has been much turnover in dental offices these days whether it be from employee-dentist turnover, new ownership, a failed business venture, or from the retirement of baby-boomer dentists. My practice continues to grow for these and other reasons. For us, our patients have been so supportive of what we do. Our work is tremendously fulfilling! We will be here for you!
Finally, we have felt tremendously blessed by our wonderful patients. They have demonstrated so much trust. They have referred their family, friends, and coworkers to us. They have been so very kind, respectful, and caring. Our patients have blessed us abundantly. We resolve to do all we can to bless you all as well, with each visit and encounter with us. You are that important to us.
We invite you to peruse our website, which has been written and published by me, Dr. Venincasa. We invite you to study our online reviews, which have been kindly provided by our wonderful patients, on their own time, without additional incentive nor remuneration. We also invite you to contact us to make an appointment, either by following this link, or by calling us at (972) 250-2580.
Thank you so much for your interest in our practice New Year resolutions!
