Without a Texas State Mask Mandate and Such: Our Dental Office Continues COVID Safety Measures

Yes, our Texas State Governor did make many changes recently that will begin tomorrow, on March 10, 2021. The freedom to make choices now exists for individuals and for businesses. With this freedom for others, many are still concerned about their own safety and/or for the safety of others.

In this regard, my dental office will maintain our COVID precautions. We still require patients to wear masks in the office, we still will distance households from each other inside the office, surgical gowns and face shields will still be used, and more. We realize our state and our country are not yet “out of the woods.”

Further on this, one thing I most definitely recall from my dental school years was to cause no harm. As a result, we will continue our precautions.
