We have been monitoring weather conditions all weekend. When we went to bed last night, we were expecting to work today. When we awoke at 5am, we saw at least a dusting of snow from a wide area.
As a result, the office is closed today, Monday, for MLK Day. We apologize to all those students, and school teachers and administrators, who were planning to meet their dental appointments today. We totally understand how valuable holidays are for you. However, out of an abundance of caution and with the limited information at hand at 5am, we made the prayerful decision to close.
Our office hours tomorrow will follow that of the www.pisd.edu (the Plano Independent School District). If they are open, we are open. . . if they open at 10am on Tuesday, we will do the same. They have vast informational resources for a wide area; this is why we have relied on them for years. We did not have this advantage today.
